FAQs
Q. What types of classes do you offer?
We offer IN PERSON and ONLINE classes. From group classes (small groups, maximum 5 students, average 3) to private lessons. Group classes run Monday to Friday, while private lessons can be more flexible.
Q. What is the focus of your classes?
Our classes emphasize conversation and real-life practice, supported by grammar review, cultural content, and activities outside the classroom when possible.
Q. Do you offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels?
Yes! We welcome all levels. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced students will find an appropriate group or program. If there are no other students at your level, we can offer an individual immersion program at the group price.
Q. Which payment methods do you accept? do you accept credit card?
A. We just accept payments via cash or PayPal. If you prefer to use a credit card, you can make your payment through PayPal as it supports credit card transactions.
Q. Is it mandatory to start classes on monday?
A. Even though it’s not mandatory to start classes on Monday, for Group Classes we recommend starting on Monday since most of the students start that day and the class already has a rhythm. For private classes, there is no inconvenience starting any other day than monday.
Q. Can someone exterior join the immersive activities?
A. As long as we have available spots, you can bring your friends or partners to join the immersive activities. Just note that these activities have an extra cost per person.
Q. Do classes run on holidays?
No, we do not hold classes on official holidays. These change every year so if you have any questions, you can contac us. On those days, the cost of your program will be adjusted.

Spring and summer: warmer, with more rain between June and September.
